It's been about time that such a helpful product finds its way to archers everywhere. The Protector Hat is pushed onto a carbon shaft before the assembly of point,nock or Half Out inserts. Thus, the durability of the carbon shaft after missed shots is increased significantly. Even with hits on hard objects, the Protector Hat will often prevent the destruction of the front part of the carbon shaft & in front of the nock will protect the rear of the shaft from damage.
