All payments made through the shopping cart is processed by Paypal, Stripe or Afterpay

We do not hold any credit card details here.

None of your information is shared with any third party



No returns on Arrows & specially ordered in Bows 

All other products must be returned in the original packaging & be in perfect condition within 7 days of receiving them.

A 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned.

Customers are responsible for all shipping.

Defective products: Stick Shooter Supplies will pay for the shipping of items back to our store & shipping of replacements back to the customer

Using another service. We will pay only what our method would have cost.

Bow Warranties: Bows will be replaced or repaired under the warranties equal for equal, cash refunds will not be given, If the model is no longer available the new upgrade will be supplied.


All orders are sent via NZ Post Courier.

If you are RURAL DELIVERY use the Rural tab on check out so your order is not delayed while the shortfall is being paid before your order can be dispatched.

If your order has been sent out & returned to us because of insufficient postage & no Rural Delivery indication has been supplied by you you will have to pay the proper shipping amount again to have your order reshipped.
